1. No Cost No Obligation Chat
- Before you contract us as your exclusive property finder
you will want to know that we will deliver. We enjoy talking
to prospective clients about their requirements. Once we have
an idea of what you expect from the market we will undertake
an initial complimentary search. On completion your Search
Consultant will report back with an overview of what is available
and what may be of interest. We want to help and there is
absolutely no cost to you for this service.
2. Detailed Purchase Brief -
You like our no nonsense approach and now it’s time
for us no find that exclusive house for sale or that site
made for developing. We always prefer to meet in person if
possible but can conduct this part of the process on a call
if that suits you better. Your dedicated Search Consultant
will take the time to understand your every need, prioritising
what you believe are the most important considerations. We
will cover everything from your own lifestyle aspirations
to infrastructure, schooling and family requirements. We will
be your eyes and ears so this is one of the most important
steps.
3. Search Consultant Onsite Visits
- There is no need for you to hop on a plane or into your
car quite yet. Your Search Consultant will spend a lot of
time visiting potential properties to ensure that when it’s
your turn you will only view the very best. No stone is left
unturned and if it’s available we will find it.
4. My Haven Client Login -
We will place pictures, floor-plans, videos and our comments
and recommendations in the My Haven Client Login section of
our website. You then get the opportunity to make those key
decisions before wasting any of your valuable time. You will
never be rushed and we will follow up on every request and
comment that you have.
5. Accompanied Onsite Visits
- Once we have a shortlist you will then have the option to
visit them yourself. Your Search Consultant will accompany
you and offer their comments and views on ways to proceed.
We are experienced property developers and can advise on possible
redesign or remodelling concepts to make your future home
that little bit more perfect.
6. Progress Review - We welcome
feedback of all forms. If you wish to see more properties
we will review the progress to that point and your Search
Consultant will discuss the options available to you. However,
maybe your smitten with one or maybe all of the properties
we have shown you. Time to seal the deal!
7. Agreeing The Next Steps
- If you have decided that one of the properties is for you
we can then discuss a negotiation strategy. We will negotiate
the price with the agent or vendor as instructed by you or
we can take a backseat if you are the type who enjoys the
